Meet the Staff
Michael Masera, DDS
Dr. Masera completed his Bachelor of Science Degree from Houston Baptist University, in 1980. He graduated from University of Texas Dental Branch, Houston, in 1984.
Dr. Masera has practiced dentistry for 25 years, and has been in the Hillcroft location for 17 years. He belongs to the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston District Dental Society.
Continuing education is very important to Dr. Masera and he and his staff attend classes to stay abreast of the latest in dentistry on a regular basis. Dr. Masera’s priority is providing the very best in Dentistry for his patients. It is truly and honor and privilege to serve the patients of his Practice.
Dr. Masera enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf. He is involved in many church activities, and the most important part of his life is his family. Dr. Masera and his wife Connie have three daughters. Spending time with his family is the most important past time in his life.
Olivia – Office Manager
Olivia has been in dentistry for over 32 years and has been with Dr. Masera for 21 years. Her passion for dentistry started in high school. She believes in excellence and works very hard to help Dr. Masera’s patients understand their treatment and their journey to optimum oral health.
Olivia finds dentistry very enjoyable and rewarding. She loves the feeling of appreciation, when a patient completes their dentistry, and they feel confident with their beautiful smile. Olivia, along with Dr. Masera, enjoy attending continuing education courses to stay on the leading edge of dentistry.
Olivia shares her life with her husband of 28 years. Together, they have three wonderful children, all boys. Olivia’s entire family lives in the Houston area, which allows them to spend time together doing the things they enjoy, like fishing and hiking.
Adrianna - Recare Coordinator
Adrianna attended Houston Community College for three years taking under-graduate courses, and went on to become a Chairside Assistant in a dental Practice for three years. Adrianna graduated to the Administrative side of the Dental Practice and has been working in this area ever since.
Some of us pick our vocation, and some of us fall into dentistry, because it picks us. Adrianna lived across the street from a Dental practice, and they just happened to need someone. The rest is history, and here she is!
Adrianna has three children, all boys, and they keep her hands full. Adrianna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and cooking, which is a good thing because there is always someone hungry at her house.
 Ashley - Dental Assistant
Ashley graduated from Madison High School and attended Texas School of Business, where she graduated from their Dental Assistant Program.
Ashley feels dentistry is a great career for her, and she loves to help patients obtain optimum oral health and beautiful smiles.
Ashley is married, and her pride and joy is her son, Julius. She comes from a large family with two other sisters and two brothers.
Ashley will tell you she does not have much free time. Taking care of a toddler and working keeps her very busy. Whenever she gets a chance, she loves to read, play kickball and of course, shop.
Tiffeny - Dental Assistant
Tiffeny is a Registered Dental Assistant in the State of Texas. She came from a large Family Practice in Austin, where she worked for approximately five years after graduation, and she has been an Assistant in Houston for over nine years.
Tiffeny chose dentistry, because she loves helping patients achieve beautiful smiles. Tiffeny finds dentistry very rewarding, especially when patients appreciate the care and service they have received or they are no longer fearful of coming to the Dentist.
Tiffeny is the mother of four sons, and they keep her very busy. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her boys, movies, bowling, interior design and, of course, shopping. Tiffeny is the "Fashionista" in the Practice.
Brooke – Dental Hygienist
Brooke graduated from Wharton County Junior College with an Associate in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene Degree. She is a registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Texas.
Brooke has been in dentistry for over six years, and she loves helping patients understand how to maintain good oral hygiene. Educating patients how to take care of their teeth, and being part of a Team who helps restore patients confidence with a beautiful smile is very rewarding.
Brooke and her husband have two beautiful boys. They participate in many outdoor activities together, including hiking, bird watching and gardening. Brooke is also on a co-ed softball team, and in her spare time she enjoys a good book.
Susan – Dental Hygienist
Susan grew up in Lake Jackson with her sister, Michelle, where her parents currently reside. Susan graduated from Coastal Bend College in Beeville, Texas, with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Previous to becoming a Dental Hygienist Susan was a Dental Assistant in an Oral Surgery Practice.
Susan became interested in dentistry, when she went to work with her mother on “Career Day” in high school. Her mother was the Financial Coordinator in a dental office, and Susan observed how well the staff worked together to serve the patients of the Practice. It has always been important to Susan to have good oral hygiene and a nice smile. She enjoys teaching and helping patients how to maintain good healthy smiles.
In Susan’s spare time she enjoys watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. Susan also enjoys vacations to Colorado, skiing, and in the summer she likes to go to the beach, fish and go water tubing.
